Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt. You will then receive the full purchase amount back, excluding shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product must also be in the original packaging, with proof of purchase or invoice.

shailodesigns@hotmail.com We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the product. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed and returned to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
