- The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete information about the desired design, sizes, colors and materials.
- The customer must pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount in advance. The remaining amount must be paid upon delivery or collection.
- The delivery time depends on the availability of the materials, the complexity of the design and the busyness at Shailodesigns. We aim to deliver within 14 days of receipt of the deposit, unless otherwise agreed.
- Shailodesigns is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during transport or installation of the products. The customer must ensure adequate insurance and security.
- Shailodesigns guarantees that the products meet the agreed specifications and quality requirements. If there is a defect or error, the customer must report this in writing to Shailodesigns within 7 days of delivery. Shailodesigns will then provide a suitable solution as soon as possible, such as repair, replacement or refund.
- Shailodesigns reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. The most current version can always be found on this website.
